Yoga Thursdays
Join us at Advent Lutheran Church for a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga session every Thursday. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m. and class starts promptly at 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this in-person event is perfect for you! Our expert instructors will guide you through various poses and breathing exercises, helping you find balance and inner peace. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to this wonderful opportunity to unwind and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Classes are a donation cost of $7 per class, cash only. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Namaste!
