This yoga class will be a way for you to check-in with your body, mind and spirit. Linda will also be educating you on moves that will help you to strengthen your pelvic floor to help make your sex life better! We will have complimentary bottled water and mimosas.

Supporting sexual health and wellness education for our community. Attendees will receive a coupon to use in-store.

This class is limited so don't delay in registering.

Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, yoga blocks (if you like) and comfortable workout clothing.

Linda Lawson is a registered yoga teacher, RYT 200 Yoga Alliance. She is a mindfulness coach, using yoga, self-Inquiry, and breath awareness for pelvic health.

Everyone is welcome: Our in-store / online events are well attended by an incredibly diverse audience. People of all genders, orientations, individuals, couples and/or groups are all welcomed. All ages (18 and older) and abilities are encouraged to attend.
