Event Description: Join us for a relaxing and invigorating morning yoga flow class. A certified yoga instructor will lead the class through an hour of Vinyasa Flow, focusing on joining movement sequences with breath.
Need to Know: All skill levels are welcome. Mats and props provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Participants arriving once class has begun will not be permitted to enter.
Location: Surfside Ballroom at Surfside Resort (1 mile south of Bluefin Bay)
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Ages: 12+, but anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
