Yoga on The Lawn Returns to Uptown Atlanta

Join us for a transformative five-month yoga journey on The Lawn at Uptown Atlanta, where we embrace the changing seasons and explore different facets of wellness.

Instructor Priscila Baptista returns to lead yogis of all levels through this renewing practice.

Each month, beginning in May, is themed to reflect a unique aspect of health and well-being, inviting participants to grow, reflect, and rejuvenate in a supportive community setting.

May: Spring Renewal & Detox
Kickstart your journey with us in May, focusing on cleansing and rejuvenation. Through detoxifying yoga sequences and revitalizing practices, we welcome the new beginnings that spring brings.

June: Mindfulness & Mental Well-being
As we transition into the warmth of summer, June invites us to dive deeper into mindfulness and mental health. Explore practices that enhance mental clarity and emotional resilience, fostering a peaceful state of mind.

July: Strength & Vitality
Embrace the vibrant energy of July with yoga that builds physical strength and boosts vitality. This month is all about celebrating our bodies and nurturing our inner power.

More to Note:

• Please be sure to register for each class. Class is FREE, however, if we need to change location due to weather or even cancel, we can let you know in advance. (we will usually send an email with updates by 12:00pm the day of the class).
• BYOM - bring your own mat (we have limited mats to borrow)
• If class is moved indoors, last entry to class is 6:40pm as space is limited.
• Enjoy our free, hour long class but please note that parking is no longer complimentary. The closest parking is in the Garson Parking Deck. Parking up to 2 hours is only $5! Use the pay on foot machine or pay with credit card as you exit. Why drive? Take MARTA to the Lindbergh Station and The Lawn is just across the street.
