This 60-minute all-levels Yoga on Tap class will be led by instructor Victoria Rojas inside Exhibit 'A' Brewing on Morton St. in Framingham.

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer/drink (included) at the brewery.

Proceeds from this event support 501(c)3 Warrior Within Yoga Project who's mission to equip veterans, service members and first responders with the tools and training to manage stress, increase resilience and promote post-traumatic growth. Your participation helps to bring our trauma-informed yoga classses to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts.
