What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “Yogic Sleep,” is a state of conscious relaxation that guides you into a deep, meditative state. It’s a transformative practice that helps you release stress, tension, and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
