Yoga Nidra in Nature

Let's gather outside in nature for a long-guided meditation and sound bath. We'll take a journey to your joy through a yoga nidra meditation practice. Then we'll end with a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, the ocean drum, and wind chimes, along with the sounds of the birds and the fountain.

Bring your own props (pillows, blankets, bolsters) to relax in savasana or any other resting position for both the meditation and sound bath.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move our nidra and sound inside – allowing the doors to be open as we hear the sounds of the rain from outside.
