Welcome to the Yoga & Mindfulness at the Park Series!
Join us for a rejuvenating experience in the great outdoors! This session will start with some breath work and an active meditation. Then, we will transition into yoga. You will be inmerse into relaxing scents and sounds during the session.
This is a beginner yoga session so no experience is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, block (optional), water bottle, comfy clothes and sunscreen. 🌿🧘♀️☀️
