Yoga Meow premiered in 2017 at the Charming Cat Corner, with registered Yoga teacher & Reiki Master, Jayne Marie Holistic. We’re now offering reiki energy healing while resting in savasana at the end of class.
Cats are masters of holistic healing, with healing powers in the vibrations of their purrs. Our feline friends spend the majority of their day in meditation.
Come join us on Caturday as we share this mindful practice of yoga and reiki energy healing with the masters of zen themselves! 😻
The ticket price includes an admission fee to enter the Charming Cat Corner & yoga mat rental. Upon entering, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver. You will have 15 minutes to arrive and settle in prior to the yoga class starting. The class will be a 45 minute mixture of yin postures and an all level, beginner friendly, energizing vinyasa flow. While resting in savasana you have the option to receive reiki energy healing. After class you are welcome to hang out and play with the cats prior to the store opening at 11.
