Sure! You know your kiddo best. If you think your child will be able to focus for an hour and be respectful of others’ yoga practice (typically no to minimal talking), then bring them along.

I'm new to yoga, can I come?

Yes! Class is for all-yoga levels. If you are brand new, plz introduce yourself to the teacher. Consult with your doctor before performing any activities if you are not certain you should be practicing yoga.
