Yoga in the Park with Nicole and Mariah
Come join us for a morning of relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session followed by a sound bath at Cascade Park! You will be guided through a flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. This in-person event is the perfect way to connect with nature while taking care of your mind and body. All skill levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is for you. Don't forget to bring your mat, water bottle and a friend or three! And to make it even sweeter this class series is totally FREE to attend!
