Yoga In The Garden | @Jardin Public, Bordeaux

Join us for a Yoga in The Garden class this spring, and early summer!

I am offering a series of Hatha/Vinyasa Flow yoga classes at Jardin Public, Bordeaux at 10am this Saturday. The first class will be on Saturday April 13th at 10 am. Hope you can join us!

Yoga In the garden and I will guide you through a practice of Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga where we move gently through postures and connect our breath with movement. Being present and intentional with the breath is essential in yoga practice. It helps us stay aware and focused on our body and bodily sensations that arise during our practice. And when we are fully present in the body, we connect with a sense of flow in the breath, body, energy and nature. In this way the practice becomes a meditation in motion.

This class is open to all levels and will be led in French and English :)

Meet me at Jardin Public, Bordeaux at 10am this Saturday for an exploration and get ready to move in such idyllic setting of the garden. Please bring your mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes.
