About the teacher:
Sofia is a professional Yoga instructor certified by Yoga Aliance USA and teaching is her biggest passion.
Born in Moscow, Russia, Sofia earned her Law Degree and worked for years in civil law field.
Eventually, In 2017 she decided to change her life and move to India where she was lucky to receive traditional Yoga teaching and training from experienced Indian Yoga teachers and practitioners.
Sofia spent years travelling and discovering different Yoga styles in India (Rishikesh, Kerala, Dharmsala and New Delhi), Nepal, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. And now she shares her wisdom with her students all over the world.
Currently based in Miami, she teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Power and Slow Flow Yoga in both private settings and group classes. She also leads group yoga classes at Athledite, Downtown .
