What if I don't know any yoga poses?

Accepted Answer

If you're brand new to yoga we have no problem at all with you copying another person's yoga routine so relax and enjoy learning something new!  Always recommended to listen to your body and don't try to stretch or do anything that causes discomfort or more balance than you might have starting out.

What do I need to bring?

A positive attitude and a yoga mat.  Bottle of water is recommended but we also have a filtered water dispenser.

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We even offer you the option to try our many healing therapies after the yoga practice.  First time trying the healing therapies is free in exchange for a review.  We do ask for a $20 deposit until the review has been posted.

Is there parking?

Yes we have ample parking in back.  There's street parking in front as well.

Question 5

How do I find the building?

Accepted Answer

We share a building with FinFit Life so if you come from the front you will enter their door and they have a very large sign above the door.  From the back parking lot you can't see our door so start walking towards the Ritual and Remedy sign and our door is just before you get to their door.
