Dr. Smith is an integrative somatic psychotherapist who uses yoga and somatics to assist with the symptoms of anxiety and general overwhelm in an individual's kife.

About this event

An online class to assist in healing from trauma and anxiety. In the class we will explore somatic coping skills as well as yoga moves to assist in recovery. An open class for all.
