Check-in for the class will be at the Central Ave entrance to Hazel Dell (i.e. Hazel Dell Path). The yoga class will also take place in Hazel Dell.

Capacity: 50 people


Led by Artemis Yoga teacher Tracy Affonso, the class will include a moving meditation and a flowing, physical practice infused with a sense of calming energy. She will mindfully instruct you through sequences while offering you the space to listen to your body and move with intention. On this longest day of the year, you are invited to bring an intention or reflection as we flow from one season to the next.

What to bring: water, a yoga mat, flexible/comfortable clothing.
