Strength classes are designed to challenge your body for a powerful "work out" focused on building strength, as well as a "work in" that feeds the soul. This specially designed yoga flow is geared toward the intermediate to advanced student and includes quicker paced intervals to get your heart rate up combined with mindful yoga poses with the option of adding light weights to help build more strength and endurance. Feel free to skip the weights – you will still build strength! You will end the class with deep stretches and a well deserved savasana.

Please arrive ten minutes prior to class.
