Yoga for Sober Living

Join me for Yoga for Sober Living the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at Yoga, Etc in Falmouth. 10:30-11:30 am. Only $10! My goal is to build a community of those on their sober journey - through social connection we can build healthy habits and reduce the stigma surrounding unhealthy substance use and abuse. Pre-register at https://honeybeehealinghive.com/ or walk-ins welcome.
