Do I need yoga experience for this class?

Accepted Answer

If you've taken a class before, that's great! If not, no worries, we'll walk you through the poses so that you can learn a little bit about foundational yoga postures while creating more space in your joints and strength in your muscles!

Is this class appropriate for kids?

Accepted Answer

This class is most appropriate for ages 16+, but if you have a young athlete who is interested in learning more about better recovery and support for their sport, please bring them! Just note a parent must be present through the class with them and will need to sign a waiver for their participation.
