Jim Readeyis a Kripalu-certified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Instructor, and Yoga Teacher Mentor. He is also a certified iRest® yoga nidra teacher and has been thoroughly trained in Conscious Communication techniques, as well as Thai Massage. Hehas taught extensively in these modalities, couples work, and his most enjoyable, laughter-filled spiritual passion -- spontaneity-training through improvisational comedy.☺☻☺ He has been involved in men's work for over 25 yrs, andruns The Yoga Center, located in downtown Concord, NH, where he has been teaching yoga for 25 years.Gloria Najeckiis a professional artist, yogini, and kundalini veteran with a passion for dogs, dance, and personal growth.Vincent Ardizzoneis a certified yoga teacher, musician, and Health Food Dept. Mgr., with a passion for men's work, dance, going barefoot in the outdoors, and primal movement.

The Yoga Center of Concord

Yoga classes can be intimidating for us guys -- women seem so much more flexible, and the men a little competitive. (And let's not even get started on the clothing...)  Your answer just might be right here, though: Yoga for Men.  This class is very male-user-friendly -- by eliminating the female component, we've effectively eliminated the competiveness. And we offer a cordial and totally non-striving atmosphere, in a laughter- and flatulence-friendly room! ( ;-) Plenty of openable windows in the studio!) Come as you are. Wear your comfortable, tattered old sweats, if you want. Learn how to relax and move your body in natural, healthy, and healing ways. Have some unpresssured fun, as you do something good for yourself. ○~○○~○~○~○○~○~○~○○~○~○~○○~○~○ (Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with some yoga experience.
