<h2>What is Yoga for Lovers?</h2>Every month features a different theme! With an eclectic mix of ancient Tantric exercises and contemporary relationship wisdom, this meditation-based couples class will take you into deeper Oneness than you&#x27;ve ever known. This isn&#x27;t your typical yoga class. There are no advanced postures to hold. No previous yoga experience necessary. Just laughing, sizzle, and, of course, heavy breathing.<h2>What Happens in This Workshop?</h2>Exercises are fully clothed and fit within everyone&#x27;s spiritual practice. You&#x27;ll receive instructions to take into your own semi-private space, so only you two can hear what you share with one another. Committed couples only! Its practice dates back over 5,000 years and is as effective and fresh today as ever. While Tantra can be practiced with any subject inspiring passionate pleasure and love, sacred sexuality (also called neo-Tantra) is the branch of Tantra this introductory workshop will explore.Where will the trainings take place?The address and will be disclosed in the registration confirmation, which you&#x27;ll receive after your registration is complete.Will there be sexual touch or nudity during this training?No. This workshop will introduce dynamics of sacred sex--ways to connect mind, body and soul with your partner--which you&#x27;ll be able to take with you and practice at home. In the nude is way more fun!Will there be chanting or religious overtones?No. Each session will open with a time of quiet reflection as preparation to receive sacred sex teachings and connect to your partner.
