Embrace healthy aging with our Yoga for Healthy Aging class, held every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
This class focuses on mindful movements, breathing exercises, and meditation practices that support healthy aging. We'll focus on improving muscle strength, bone density, balance, and stamina, developing yoga practices that you can sustain for a lifetime of healthy body movement.
While this class is particularly beneficial for those over 50+, it's open to all ages and levels who want to explore a sustainable and life-enriching yoga practice.
Our experienced teacher Dennis Chowenhill will guide you through gentle yet effective poses and modifications, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and empowered to move their bodies with confidence.
