Yoga For Amputees at the U.S. National Arboretum

Give-A-Limb, Inc. in partnership with the Friends of the National Arboretum and the National Bonsai Foundation. We will be hosting Yoga for Amputees at the National Arboretum with different guest instructors. Our first instructor is Salma Ali from Salma Ali Fitness, LLC. Salma is a MBA student and yoga teacher who has made yoga and exercise accessible for many people with medical injuries and disabilities. She is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, with years of experience, and with certifications including Les Mills BodyPump, Les Mills Core, 500h Yoga Teacher, and 85h Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
