About this event

  • 28 days 1 hour

Facilitator: Tiffany
Series Length: Ongoing (Join any time!)

This on-going yoga series is designed for everyone aged 55 or better. It combines mindfulness, breath awareness, and a combination of seated and standing movement options. Modifications are offered for ease and accessibility. No experience necessary.

Each class will be recorded for participants to access throughout the week at their convenience. (Note that only the facilitator will show up in the recording! All participants will be edited out for privacy.)

Recommended optional class materials: yoga mat and yoga blocks.

In order to maintain the flow of the session, we ask that you enter the class within the first 15 minutes. After that time, the Zoom room will be locked for the remainder of the hour.

Note that we will not meet on Memorial Day, Monday May 27.

Join our Facebook group to connect with us and other participants, and to share your thoughts: https://www.facebook.com/groups/mathercreativeprograms

You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom link for your program, and the reminder emails each week will also contain the Zoom link.

If this is your first time accessing Zoom, or if you need a refresher, we’ve put together a few resources from around the web that should help!

  • Here is a guide on the basics from Zoom: https://youtu.be/pAMDxH_H_Cs
  • If you are using your phone or a tablet, the easiest way to access Zoom is by downloading the Zoom app, as shown here: https://youtu.be/0NBARnBxk-Y (Note that while this video shows an iPhone, other phones will have a similar process. The “App Store” for Android phones is called the “Play Store” or “Google Play Store.”)
