Event Description -
With plants all around us, breathing in the fresh air, we'll flow through pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and meditation. This SlowFlow class is designed to help you to connect to your body, the nature around you as well as a community of other loving souls. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome, come with an open heart ready to breathe deeply. Please bring a block if you have one, otherwise a few will be provided.

Shawn's Bio -
Shawn Brown is a yoga and meditation teacher as well as a reiki practitioner based in Baltimore. As a child she had a deep love and respect for nature, enjoying time both in the forest as well as the water. Through years of exploring various parts of the globe, she believes that the Earth is a beautiful teacher and through the process of actively listening to the rhythms of nature we can become more attuned to our inner landscape. Shawn teaches yoga and SUP yoga at 3 studios around Baltimore. She loves hiking with her dog, traveling and camping with her husband, climbing, paddleboarding, cooking vegetarian cuisines, seeing live music, reading and being outside. She completed her 200 hour YTT at Charm City Yoga (YogaWorks) and has been teaching yoga since 2016.
