<p>In this experiential workshop we'll learn about the five elements located in the body and all around us. Using Yoga/Dance, we bring the inside out and the outside in. Using Embodied Writing, we'll give voice to what wants to be named and what wants to be heard. </p><p>No previous experience with writing, yoga or dance is required. Just bring your willingness to have fun! </p>
