This yoga class is perfect for both novice and advanced practitioners. Your instructor will guide you through a variety of postures to help you develop flexibility, strength, and balance. The class will conclude with meditation.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Yoga is practiced without shoes and socks.
