Take a deep breath, let the fresh air fill your lungs, and feel the ground beneath your feet.

Join us under the shade of the trees and beside the peaceful lake at Red Bug Slough Preserve for an hour of gentle, grounding yoga in nature’s quiet beauty.

The path to the lake is mostly ADA accessible, so it’s easy for everyone to join. Families are welcome — kids can play in the open grassy areas nearby or join the flow if they’d like. Moms and dads with babies or little ones are encouraged to come too. If your child needs attention, step aside, find a shady tree, and relax knowing you’re still part of the experience.

This class is for everyone — whether it’s your very first yoga class or you’re returning to the mat after a while. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected — ready to enjoy your weekend.

Free to attend — donations are welcomed to help keep community wellness events like this going and to make yoga accessible for all.

Your guide: Tara of LoveLightandSage — experienced yoga teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, Reiki Master (Level 3), Shamanic Practitioner, and devoted Kriya yogi with a lifelong passion for holistic well-being.
