To kick off the new name and mission I'm hosting a workshop that's gonna discuss:

Yoga Basics (What is yoga? How does someone get started? What are props, their use, and benefits?)

  • History of Yoga
  • Different yoga programs whether a person is looking to lose weight, develop self confidence, or learn meditation for stress relief.
  • Provide examples and take participants through a couple short practices like chair yoga and journaling for stress relief! 

This is a great way to learn the basics of yoga, brush up on your yoga skills (especially if you teach), meet others online or in your community who are interested in health, wellness, yoga, meditation, or mindfulness, debunk yoga myths, and ask questions related to yoga, its benefits, or if you're interested in teaching yoga.
