Hatha yoga class, meditation, conscious breathing, pranayamas, mudras and soundhealing with crystal quartz bowls and Tibetan bowls.
It is a practice for all levels and does not require previous experience. Bring your yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothes and a desire to share together.
On Saturdays 10 am we will connect with solar energy, performing the series of surya namaskar (salutation to the sun), moving our body to strengthen ourselves and prepare us to act towards our goals. Saturdays will be a more physical practice.
On Wednesdays 7 pm we will connect with the moon energy, performing the Chandra namaskar series (salutation to the moon), stretching our body to become more flexible and be open to receive. Wednesdays is more relaxing.
