    About: Join the Annie Hayes yoga crew as we bring you more affordable, community-based yoga at The Green. We are a fantastic and permissive group of teachers who love yoga, beer, and fun! Join us for a fun flow to work out the day's kinks and build energy to tackle the evening.

    Annie Hayes Wellness (AHW) was founded on three simple things: affordability, accessibility, and community. Annie and the staff of dynamically trained teachers aim to create classes accessible to all levels, shapes, and sizes with a bit of humor. They teach with a real holistic passion that extends beyond yoga to encompass a whole-mind, whole-body approach to wellness.

    Annie Hayes is at the helm of this crazy idea. She is a vagabond yoga teacher, meditation guide, and wellness coach with certifications from the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN, and the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She holds an M.B.A. and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Annie’s open and inclusive approach encourages ease, honesty, humor, compassion, and authenticity. She meets you on your mat and enables you to accept where you are today while improving your tomorrow.

    Annie teaches creative vinyasa yoga with the goal of making people feel better. She has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and has been teaching for more than eight years. A true believer that yoga is for everyone, Annie’s open and inclusive approach encourages ease, honesty, humor, compassion, and authenticity. She meets you on your mat and encourages you to accept where you are today while pushing you to improve tomorrow. Her goal for every class is simple: for you to feel better walking out than you did when you walked in.
