About this event

Enjoy a full hour of yoga at Flyte Co Brewing's urban 38th Ave. Barrel Room taproom in the Highlands. After class grab yourself a $5 beer from Flyte Co Brewing's ever changing beer & seltzer list! Flyte Co has QR Codes for Wild Taco, Glo, and Javier's which will allow you to order food & sit outside on the patio and soak up the sun or in the taproom to beat the heat while making new friends.

This is an all levels vinyasa flow class - friendly for beginners, yet engaging enough for the skilled yogi!

This is a sliding scale based class! Please pay what you can.
