Take your practice outdoors and join us in person as we flow in nature. All levels, all bodies welcome (aimed for adults 18+ years). Bring your own mat/towel/blanket, plenty of water, and wear sunscreen!
Meets at Centennial Hills Park, in the grass behind the libaray.
*Please arrive 10 minutes early to park and walk to our spot!
There are no refunds after event starts.
*If there are no shows, I will wait about 10 minutes before I leave and cancel class.
** If there are zero registered participants, or you don't tell me you're coming(via email) I will not be there! Please register or email me to let me know you're coming
***Weather permitting, some days may be rescheduled or canceled to avoid inclement weather including: cold temps/wind/rain/wet ground from rain. Be sure to register to be notified of any changes!
