About this event

All yoga classes are lead by Joseph Minday.

Joseph Minday, has been teaching with passion for five years and is a certified taecher in: yoga, SUP yoga, meditaion, mobility - budokon yoga and animal flow. He will help you develop sustainable physical practice, a mind-body dialogue and piece of mind. You can learn more about Joseph on his instagram page @yosep.yogi.

The classes will be held at our racquetball court in the lobby level. Please arrive 10-15 min before the class start so you can get your spot and get ready for the class. Please bring your mat.
