What to expect from this retreat:

Options are given to suit different levels and abilities and set your own pace. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is required.

Anna as been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for 18 years. She has been managing Yogahealth school for 17 years, training yoga teachers, running yoga retreats. Anna has a deep interest in universal laws, how they affect lives of people and conscious choices.
Tonia is a teacher with YogaHealth, who has been teaching for the last 4 years. She has a keen interest in music and has been learning Irish Fiddle for the last 3 years.
