San Francisco Bay Area Yoga Teacher, Tony Eason has been teaching yoga for over 22 years & a student of yoga for well over 29 years. Being an athlete: road cyclist, marathoner & swimmer, Tony gets how the physical, physiological & mental benefits of various yogic techniques improves all aspects of one’s being.


Tony Eason apprenticed under Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Janet MacLeod. He is a graduate of the Two-year Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program [2002] of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco


Tony believes:-“Yoga is the Whole, of which: Kundalini, Laya, Mantra, Nada, Raja, Tantra, Bhakti, Hatha, Jnana and Karma is a part.”


Through Hatha yoga classes, he teaches yoga students to pay attention to the alignment of their bodies; to become aware of the breath; and to control the mind.
