Join me for a cosy evening of gentle & nourishing yin yoga accompanied by the healing sounds of tibetan singing bowls. After a relaxing set of yin poses, we will spend the last 10 - 15 minutes journalling. A great way to connect to yourself, reflect & appreciate where you are at.
Yin is all about letting go, slowing down & letting yourself just be.
Tibetan bowls can help to deepen this relaxation, release & deep meditative state.
