Join me for a weekly 1hr experience that will nourish you physically, mentally and emotionally and ask you what your most burning self care questions and challenges are AND share some best practices for prepping for movement, breathwork, sound healing and active and passive meditation.

- Connect with your body, breath, emotions and mind to cultivate more awareness
- Use this as an opportunity to journal, reflect, let go, and manifest what you want in life
I will guide you through a themed experience related to the 8 Limbs of Yoga where you will be invited to witness yourself in all your glory and reflect if current thoughts, words and actions are serving or not.
Observe your body, emotions, thoughts and 5 senses and watch inner sensations of contraction and expansion, helping to reduce rigidity, judgements, fear, and the need to control the present moment... increasing flow, neutrality, love and surrendering to the magic of the present moment, regardless if it's what you want it to be or not.
No experience is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore yourself.
What to bring: Yoga mat if you have one. All poses will be laying down or sitting so a yoga mat isnt necessary. Can also use blankets, pillows, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows or anything else you have that can support yourself on the floor. Sitting in a chair is also an option.
