Roll out your mat for a fun and luscious online Thirsty Thursday experience in the comfort and safety of your home, pairing yin yoga with mindful drinking. Erin will guide you into juicy stretches that nourish the connective tissues of your body while you build your practice of presence, patience, and peace. Included in the $25 ticket is a bottle of Rough Day Wine, delivered to your house the day of class. This class is open to anyone, anywhere, but wine is only delivered to yogis within a 15 mi. radius of Arlington, VA. You must be 21+ to participate in this Yin &amp; Vin experience. You may choose which Rough Day Wine you prefer (Rose, Chardonnay, or Cabernet, while supplies last) by emailing eatYOGAdrink@gmail.com BEFORE June 25, or you can be surprised!If you prefer to participate without the wine delivery, simply Venmo $10 to @eatYOGAdrink with &quot;Yin &amp; Vin&quot; in the note, and Erin will send you the participation link.
