About this event

Please join us for yoga and brunch every 1st and 3rd Sunday, starting April 7th at Uptown Atlanta Test Kitchen 2440 Piedmont Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. Parking located in the Uptown City Center deck. Doors open at 10am. Come early to select your mat space and meet the yoga instructor. An armband will be issued to fluidly move from yoga to brunch that will be served starting at 12 noon.

What type of yoga will be practiced?

Yin yoga will be practiced a this event. Yin yoga is a meditative yoga. All of the poses are done on the floor on your mat. The posses are held for a period of 3-5 minutes will being meditatively guided and breath work is encouraged. The yoga instructor will guide you through the process.

Can I bring children to do yoga at the event?

This yoga is not appropriate for children due to the meditative aspect and being still for a prolonged period of time.

What food options will be available at the event?

Chow A-La Carte will be hosting a different chef at each session. The chef will provide brunch choices and selects. There will be vegetarian/vegan choices.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan food options and allergy consideration?

Yes, there will be vegetarian/vegan food options, please inquire with the chef. If you are allergic to any ingredient, please address the details with the chef.

Is there a cost for parking?

The Uptown City Center deck does have a short period of time without cost but there is an incremental fee to park according to the length of time in the lot.
