The YEM "Youth Employment Convention" is a conference that aims to raise awareness among the youth. It is also geared towards empowering the youth to engage in an ASEAN-Japan dialogue addressing issues and challenges revolving around employment sectors. It is through programs such as these, that we hope to encourage and shape young, informed, and empathetic leaders.
