We hope you didn't think @CYoBrown would collaborate with the leading dance fitness instructors in the city and not work with two of the badest fit mamas in the game?  Yes, next up is Janean Benton of @J9IneFit and Sheridan Shans of @SugaShakedown 
This workout will be action-packed and full of energy.  If you've taken any of their individual classes you can only imagine how it will be with all three of them together.
Things to know:

<LI>This is will be an hour and 30-minute workout = 90 mins</LI>
<LI>We will have a special guest coming in to speak to all the mommies about how to maintain their hair while working out</LI>
<LI>We will have a raffle with giveaways</LI>
</UL>
These tickets won't go live until Sunday night at 8:00 pm.  Be sure to gift your mam an experience that she won't forget and you two can participate together in.
