Grab a drink from Copper Blues Live’s outdoor bar and explore our dog-friendly District. For every drink purchased, $1 will be donated to The Arizona Humane Society. RSVP recommended, but not required. Entry into the off-leash zones will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not add additional RSVP&#x27;s for dogs, they will be assumed in your RSVP. <ul><li>Celebrate with off-leash puppy play zones near H&amp;M and in The Barnes &amp; Noble Courtyard (Zones separated for small and large dogs)</li><li>Enjoy live acoustic music at The District Stage by Alexia Rodriguez</li><li>Stop by The Arizona Humane Society&#x27;s Cuddle Bunch Zone with adoptable puppies</li><li>Snap a shot with you and your BFF at our custom photo op</li><li>Grab a goodie bag from PetSmart while supplies last</li><li>Pup cups available from Copper Blues Live&#x27;s outdoor bar for a donation to The Arizona Humane Society </li></ul>*All are welcome to enjoy - no pup required. RSVP recommended for off-leash zones but entry will be honored on a first-come first-serve basis based on capacity. If you do not RSVP, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the off-leash zone specifically. Other event areas are open to the public. <ul></ul>

By RSVP’ing to the event, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace and Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Arizona Humane Society from any claim whatsoever for liability, injury and loss or damage of any kind to any third party arising out of any activity that the undersigned may participate in or hold at Desert Ridge Marketplace or participate in that is in any way connected with this event. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Desert Ridge Marketplace and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event.

The owner of Desert Ridge Marketplace, Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Arizona Humane Society and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in Yappy Hour. In consideration of my participation in the YAPPY Hour, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation in YAPPY Hour, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself, my animal and/or others). 

Guests must present a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age or older to purchase an alcoholic beverage at the outdoor bar. Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted outside of designated areas within The District. Restrictions apply. Visit Copper Blue’s Live outdoor bar for details. 

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity.
