If the event is cancelled (such as for weather reasons) all attendees receive a full refund. Aside from a full event cancellation, all tickets are non refundable. If something prevents you from attending we will honor your ticket for any future instance of the same trip time for up to 1 year.

We do not provide parking. We recommend you park in the garage for the Aquarium Of The Pacific ($14 all day). From the Aquarium, walk along the boats to dock 1 (the docks are in numerical order).
