This upcoming XChange will consist of two morning general sessions and two sessions of workshops in the afternoon with four workshops offered during each session.Joe McGee will be the speaker for both morning general sessions, “Born For Such a Time” and “Looking For a Sound Mind.” Joe is a nationally known speaker and author who specializes in ministering into the lives of pastors, leaders, and their ministry teams. Breakout sessions will include:<ol><li> Protecting Your Children&#x27;s Ministry - Ministry Safe</li><li> Guest Experiences in a New Normal</li><li> How to Build a Next Gen Ministry (ages 0-18)</li><li> New Gun Laws and How They Affect Your Church</li><li> Maximizing Your Stream</li><li> Senior Pastor Connect</li></ol>We will provide a continental-style breakfast starting at 8:00 am as well as lunch and snacks throughout the day. Plenty of resources will also be available. There will be time to meet and connect with other pastors and teams throughout the day.Pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteers are all welcome to attend at no cost!
