What is your refund policy?

Sorry, no refunds are allowed. We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and this is a volunteer-driven community event. We have significant costs that we need to cover to produce this event. Also, a portion of the proceeds will go toward the 17 Strong and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is. There are wheelchair-accessible parking, seating, and bathrooms. First aid will also be onsite.

Yes, children 18 and under are free.

Yes, this is a pet-friendly event, so long as your pet is leashed.

Can I camp onsite?

No, camping is not allowed on the Madonna Inn meadows. However, there are several regional campsites that you can reserve and stay at. See the links provided on this page.

No, anyone can attend.

Are tickets available for just Sunday, July 28?

No, tickets are only available for Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for now.

There will be several food options available, including vegetarian.

What are the seating arrangements?

There will be outdoor open seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be some reserved seating for ADA compliance and guests of the event organizers.
