WYS - Becoming Trauma-Informed

Participants will learn about the many types of trauma, the definition of trauma and the impact of trauma on brain development. The training will also educate participants on what a trauma informed care approach is, why it is important and provide opportunities to practice using the skills learned.

This event is for residents and/ or service providers to residents of Orange County, California only.

Please note that we will not admit participants to the session if it has been more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. AI assistants or note-taking programs will not be admitted.

There is a minimum registration requirement of 10 participants in order for this training to be facilitated. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the training will be rescheduled for the upcoming month. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
