What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

PObtain a voucher at the registration desk upon checking in for the event. Parking rates are $35 hosted valet / $25 self parking. For Public Transportation, the closest stop via the Red Line or Purple Line is the Pershing Square Station.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.

Will Corporate Partner vouchers be accepted for this event?

Corporate Partner vouchers WILL be accepted for this event. Vouchers are accepted for monthly Programs. What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be made prior to Friday, April 25th at 5pm in order to receive a partial refund for individual tickets purchased. No refunds will be provided for event sponsorships, however your event sponsorship may be upgraded to a higher level. *Please note that Eventbrite no longer refunds the fees associated with each ticket purchase.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact WTS-LA Membership Chair Yolanda Baber of JGM at membership@wtsla.org for WTS membership questions.

Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?

Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We may offer a limited number of walk-in tickets on the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $20 late fee.
