This community-driven social media workshop is built for entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators done being frustrated with socials.
You've been posting. Maybe inconsistently. Maybe constantly.
Either way, nothing's really happening, except constant self doubt and then social media avoidance.
That's not a you problem. That's a formula problem.
WTF: What's the Formula is a monthly two-hour event in Kansas City for the founder who's winging it on Instagram, the small business owner who knows they need to be on social media and keeps putting it off, the freelancer building a personal brand between client calls, the city councilor who wants to actually connect with constituents, the UGC creator ready to treat this like a real business, and everyone in between.
If you're building something and social media feels like a wall you keep running into, this is for you.
Here's how it works:
Hour 1: The Workshop
An hour of actual strategy. Not "post three times a week and stay consistent." Real tactics, the kind you open your phone and use the next day. We're talking hooks, content frameworks, what the algorithm actually rewards, and how to stop creating content that disappears into the void. Each month builds on the last, but every session stands alone.
Hour 2: Cocktail Networking
Connect with the other people in the room. Kansas City is full of people building things, and most of them have no idea the others exist. This hour is for that. Bring cards, bring questions, bring your phone to follow each other.
The format is simple. The results aren't.
Who is hosting?
Annie spent the past year growing Molzer Development's social media from 140 followers to 550,000 and over 80 million views across platforms, for a Kansas City historic preservation company. Not a celebrity. Not a lifestyle brand. A development company. She now runs Creator Society, a Kansas City-based content and brand consulting practice.
John Pileggi runs LaborTech Solutions and knows firsthand what it's like to navigate social media while running a business.
Two Kansas Citians. Come figure it out with us.
