Writing to Heal Your Relationships: A 3 Part Series

Facilitated by Nisha Mody

Suggested donation: $40

Writing is a portal to connecting your mind to your body, your stories to your feelings, and your ancestors to the present moment. This 3-part series will focus on healing your relationships. You will move through Nisha's Writing to Heal framework: Excavate, Transform, Act.

In the first part, you will discover the roots of your stories and start to release what’s been holding you back specifically in your relationships. How do extractive systems like capitalism, colonialism, white supremacy, and patriarchy impact your relationships? In the second part, you will write your narratives and build new ways of being in your relationships. What hidden messages and wisdom can support you to rewrite your relationships? In the last part, you will turn your insights into intentions and align with your deconditioned self-expression. What does aligned action look like for you?

All of this will happen through writing, sharing, and connecting your body with somatic practices so you can build the capacity you need to show up honestly in the relationships that matter to you. No writing experience is required. All you need is a love of inner exploration alongside community.
